Section 11
Prior approval of the Board is required
(1) Regardless of what is written in the existing law, the prior approval of the Board must be obtained before establishing a company to operate the commodity exchange market.
(2) According to sub-section (1), other arrangements related to granting approval shall be as prescribed.
